If happiness would be money, millionaires would be happy.
If happiness would be health, most of us would be happy.
And if happiness would be our children and parenthood, most of the world would be happy.
The truth is, the world, us, are unhappy.
We struggle with depression, disappointment, anger, fear, jealousy, dissatisfaction… The list is long.
These struggles are living proof that our happiness are never going to met by the external achievements and labels of what we identify ourselves with.
It will only be met by what’s going on in our mind. Every single day. To achieve the control over our mind we need to understand it more. There is no book that will help or someone else preaching what needs to be done. You need to implement it daily. How? Taking baby steps but diligently.
