Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Participant cancellation
If a participant cancels the booking, Kick Ass Muse will not issue a cash, cheque or credit card refund for any reason.

If a participant cancels more than 1 week from the start of the course date, 100% of the payment can be applied to another course, to be used within one year from the date of booking.

If a participant cancels less than 1 week before the start date of the course, they will forfeit their enrolment fee.

If a participant would like to transfer their enrolment to another participant, we would be more than happy to do so, provided more than 1 weeks’ notice is provided. All cancellations and booking transfers must be received in writing via email.

Exceptions to Kick Ass Muse’s cancellation policy can be made on a case by case basis, at the discretion of management.

If Kick Ass Muse cancels a course, all enrolment fees will be refunded in full.

If Kick Ass Muse cancels or changes a scheduled course date for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to another course date, pending availability, or you may request a full refund of your payment.
