An average of 9 hours in one day is what people spend on social media. Are people happy?
Nope.
The addiction to Facebook is now grouped into real addictions similar to cocaine addiction. Think about it. Think of who you’re becoming sitting on it. You’d be far better off sitting in your room in silence. You would learn contentment, how much you’ve got, how great you’re doing, how enough you are. Give yourself a break, give yourself a choice to stop being such an addict that you can’t be off your phone and breathe and live a little. If you’re ready for that, you can join our tribe.
